This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the Lepique-owned United States online store, operated by LIQUID NATION INC.. Marketplace orders ship under that marketplace's own terms.

1. Where we ship

The United States store ships to addresses within the United States. The addresses we can ship to, and any address types we cannot serve, are shown at checkout.

2. Shipping options, estimates, and fees

Available shipping methods, their cost, and any delivery estimate depend on your address and the items in your cart. Final available options, estimates and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Where a shipping promotion is running, the conditions that apply to your order are applied at checkout.

Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or by a carrier is an estimate. Weather, carrier delays, address problems, and peak periods can change it.

3. Order processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. An order may take longer if we need to verify payment or address details before it ships.

4. Tracking

When your order ships we send a shipping confirmation, including tracking information where the carrier provides it.

5. Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to refund shipping charges or reship without a new charge.

6. Damaged parcels and parcels marked delivered

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact kwshim@lepique-beauty.com with your order number and photos of the parcel and the item. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, report it within 7 days of the delivery scan; we review the delivery records and the available evidence and resolve the report once. Both cases are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
