These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the Lepique United States online store and related services (the "Site"). The Site is operated by LIQUID NATION INC. ("Lepique," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of these Terms
These terms apply to orders placed on the Lepique-owned United States online store. Orders placed through Amazon or another third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace's own order, return, refund, and support policies. 3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. Products and cosmetic information
Lepique products are cosmetic and skincare products. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, directions, and images are provided for general information, and individual results vary. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, sensitive skin, or known allergies, or if you are pregnant or nursing, consult a qualified professional before use, and stop use if irritation occurs.
We work to keep product information accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, image, price, promotion, or availability statement is error-free or current.
5. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it is not an acceptance guarantee. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order — including orders that appear fraudulent, incorrectly priced, placed for resale, or that we cannot ship to the address given — and we may contact you to verify order details before shipping.
6. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices on the United States store are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping options, shipping fees, applicable taxes, discounts, and your final total depend on your address and the items in your cart. Final available options, estimates and charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Payment is processed by the payment providers offered at checkout. This Site does not collect or store full payment card numbers.
7. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms. Delivery dates shown by a carrier are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms. Contact support for a return authorization before sending anything back.
9. Accounts and security
You may check out as a guest or sign in with a Lepique customer account. If you use an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
10. Promotions
Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and gift offers may carry their own limits, eligibility rules, quantities, and end dates. We may change or end a promotion except where prohibited by law.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or payment systems, scrape the Site without permission, submit fraudulent orders, or use the Site in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
12. Intellectual property
The Lepique name, logos, product images, text, layouts, and other Site content are owned by or licensed to Lepique. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.
13. Content you submit
If you submit a review, photo, video, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute it for marketing and Site operation, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you submit and agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
14. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services, including marketplace listings and payment providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free content. This section does not limit any warranty or remedy that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lepique is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable federal or state law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lepique harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing law and your consumer rights
These Terms are subject to applicable United States federal law and to the consumer protection law of the state in which you live, to the extent that law applies to your order. These Terms do not designate an exclusive court, venue, or arbitration procedure, and they do not waive any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable federal or state law.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version is posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the update.
